Love sustainability? I'm working with a company that is passionate about making the facilities management sector more sustainable, and generally, a better place through service excellence, technological innovation, and strategic growth.
We're looking for a compliance manager to join the growing team there!
As the company compliance manager, you'll report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for ensuring compliance across each site operation, which is c15 geographical regions in the UK. Each region has a regional manager that you will work very closely with on all things compliance. Being an FM/commercial cleaning franchise business, there is a lot of compliance boxes to be ticked.
It's important you have worked to ISO accreditation's before, specifically; (ISO 9001/14001/27001/3100/45001/50001) as you will have managed the annual audit process. They're actually just about to have the audit, so you are likely to join just after the 2021 audit, so will have plenty of time to prepare for 2022.
Someone who has designed and monitored control systems to deal with violations would suit this role. It's a very fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts, so staying on top of things will be a challenge, but one you will relish if you're passionate about working towards a sustainable future.
As you can imagine with a role of this type there are lots of intricacies and specifics it will require, so I urge you to contact me to hear more about the opportunity and so I can share a job spec with you.
This position is based in the company's Wallingford office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply. Most of the interactions with regional managers is going to be via zoom (again, an example of trying to reduce carbon footprint and making unnecessary journeys).
The basic salary for the Compliance Manager role is between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me - whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven't got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts
