We're looking for a Data Manager to join their data team, which is a central part of their operations. It's a data-driven offering, so forms a central part of their overall client acquisition and retention strategy.
You will be an integral contributor to their data-led marketing approach, from ensuring data quality and governance processes to analysing and producing insightful information that shapes clients' marketing strategies.
You will be enhancing campaign performance through data analysis and feedback to internal and external stakeholders (you're going to need to be comfortable communicating with both), as well as demonstrating ROI to the clients (which as you will know, is critical to retention and growth of clients).
You will also handle the day-to-day management of a B2B marketing database within a CRM environment - so understanding the importance of CRM (Salesforce) in a business is critical.
To excel at this job you will need a background in managing and manipulating B2B marketing data. You will also require the following: Experience interpreting analysis outputs that can feedback into planning and strategy development
From a compensation package, you will start on a salary of up to £28,000.
