Were looking for a Buyer to work for our client who operates in the high-end property market. They're constantly expanding their portfolio of properties, from high-end residential to entire resorts.
We're talking high-end, multi-million pound projects across the UK (and soon to be Europe), so its incredibly important you have worked in this kind of environment before.
Initially, you will be working on a hotel redevelopment in Somerset, predominantly on the groundworks. This is going to mean working closely with the architect and designers to source the groundwork materials, the top layers, and unique pieces of art for decoration. It'll be a really great way to know how their process and projects are running - before embarking on ones from scratch.
You're definitely going to need experience in buying and purchasing in the construction industry - this should be for bespoke projects, as opposed to working for a developer's head office and ordering en masse.
Were going to be looking for a number of years of experience and would see this as a natural step up from a current position with a developer. You're going to be exposed to some really incredible projects and developments, so plenty of scope to grow professionally as well!
You're going to need a driving license for this role, as it will require travel across the UK (as mentioned, the first project is in Somerset).
From a package perspective, you will be looking at a basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, with the ability to achieve a personal bonus based on demonstrable savings.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me - whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven't got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
