As the IT Project Manager/IT Manager, you will develop and implement change management procedures and methodologies to achieve objectives in critical IT projects linked to overall business strategy. This is working for a company going through considerable change so someone who loves a challenge and likes to make a positive impact would be very well suited to this position.

What the role will require:

• Previous experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, from specification to delivery, within the IT arena, being familiar with structured project frameworks.
• Providing Project Management and leadership on IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services across the whole business, ensuring that they are implemented on time and within budget.
• Have experience of managing Infrastructure, Development and Change Management projects
• IT Team people management experience.
• A proven track record of success in leading the development of IT services through a significant programme of change.
• Confident leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and in tight timescales.
• Project Management qualification such as Prince 2, or similar, desirable.
• Defining IT strategic infrastructure, architecture, and processes for improved customer experience.
