A successful candidate would likely have:

• Brilliant communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to suit your audience’s needs
• A rudimental technical understanding of web technologies and depth of understanding of the product/software development life cycle
• Proven experience of delivering projects valued circa £500k+
• Exceptional organisational skills & a detail orientated nature
• Good knowledge of industry standard project and product management tools
• Experience understanding and navigating cultural and organisational challenges
• Demonstrable examples of how they apply agile values and principles

• Experience working with Retail clients
• Agency experience

Proactively providing empirical data and information to clients to ensure they have full transparency across a number of dimensions:

• People - leavers / joiners / skills gaps (exception only)
• Budget - forecast vs actuals
• Project milestones
• Facilitate Monthly reviews / showcases

The assumption here is that this info would be able to be provided for individual projects and at a holistic view across the portfolio.

Day to day presence

• Being a key point of contact / escalation for any ad-hoc client requests
• Being a key point of contact / escalation for any ad-hoc project team requests
• Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide full transparency and management of existing project status, risks, issues, blockers to clients and colleagues
