Overview:

Due to voluntary redundancy, we have a fantastic and experienced Quality & Curriculum professional in the world of Digital & IT Apprenticeships.
With over 10 years experience in the Apprenticeship industry. From starting out as a Digital Marketing Assessor & Skills Coach, they have progressed through and developed in to a highly successful Quality & Curriculum Lead.

After a very stable tenure with his current employer, he has opted for redundancy during a restructure and is looking for his next challenge.
Open to combined roles, or being more focused on Quality/Curriculum and would be an invaluable asset to an SMT in this sector.

A couple stand out achievements and responsibilities:

  • Lead on curriculum deep dives during full Oftsed inspection that achieved a Grade 'Good' in 2021
  • Reduced out of funded learners from 30% to 13% whilst mainting EPA success rates of 94%
  • Been involved in product design, and product launch - including training all staff on the new standards
  • Carries out QIP/SAR's and provides improvement plans to maintain quality of delivery
  • Can be both client and learner facing. Comfortable during sales process, and leads on improving/maintaining a successful learner journey through to completion.
  • A highly educated individual, not just with educational awards (AET & IQA), but also holds a wide range of technical qualifications including a range of CompTIA and Microsoft certificates.

Very open on what the future looks like, whether that's joining an established Tech provider, or supporting one just starting out in Digital/Tech Apprenticeships.

Ideally looking at packages around £50k, but will consider and discuss position above the £45k mark.
