DM Candidate 1:
DM Lead Coach & Trainer, with 7 years experience in UK Apps market. 
- South East Mids based 
- Was a key figure in improving the DM provision at, what is now a very leading Apps provider in the UK. 
- Can deliver Digital Marketer and Level 4 Marketing Exec 
- Has always achieved KPI's and stepped in to support other colleagues to ensure success of learners 
- Could easily be a programme lead, which may be what's needed to match salary as current salary is above market at £49k plus bonuses. 

DM Candidate 2: 
Manchester based DM Skills Coach with very strong Occupational competency from substantial career in Marketing prior to education. 
- Still runs own creative business on the side
- Strong experience on DM and JCP standards, delivering and coaching. 
- Would love to get back to a more blended learning model - still loves face to face sessions and being in a workshop not just remote learning. 
- Salary expectations £35-37k. 

DM Candidate 3: **New to market**
Manchester based individual looking for first role into Apprenticeships. 
- Plenty experience as a Creative Media Tutor in a college environment
- In terms of technical ability, they would easily cover all aspects of JCP standard, and majority of DM level 3 - areas of lacking are more around Coding. 
- Motives for moving in to Apprenticehips are to have a more dynamic role outside of the base classroom, with learners they can impact more on their early career and real world skills. 
- Happy to come in on a lower salary than normal market rate, ideally circa £30/32k 

DM Candidate 4: 
East Midlands based, looking for 3 day week - ideally permanent. 
- Had a very successful career as a marketing specialist prior to moving in to training
- Occupational competency is very impressive across Marketing, SEO, Socials, Events, web design. 
- 18 months in Apprenticeships delivering DM level 3
- Build good relationships with learners and already seeing success in taking learners through EPA. 

DM Candidate 5: 
London based DM Tutor and Coach 
- Strong occupational competency, which is also recent having gone back into marketing. 
- Has worked for some of the big tech providers in the market 
- Open to moving in to more of an EPA focused role to either support a provider with future success, or directly for an EPAO
- Can also help improve or set up a DM provision operationally 
Salary expectations are North of £40k.
