Role: Finance Analyst

Location: Hybrid (London 1-2 days per week)

Summary: To provide transactional and analytical finance support and excellent front-line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client needs are met and the Development Finance team objectives are achieved.

Description:

We are targeting to complete construction on over 2,000 properties in 2022-23 financial year, a large increase on prior year and therefore the role will involve ensuring project expenditure is accurately recorded and consolidated following completion and transferred to correct area of financial accounts.

The role involves analysis and accurate financial record keeping in areas of Development Finance including project completion transfers from under construction to non-current assets, government grants, capitalised interest calculations, property sales & disposal accounting and positing of intercompany transactions.

• Sound accounting knowledge and ability to apply knowledge to practical business situations
• This post will be hybrid working mainly remote but must be open to travel to London office 1-2 days per week

Part qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), degree level qualification
