Role: Digital Insights Manager
Location – Homebased / London
Salary – £50k to £60k
The Opportunity
We are making unprecedented investment in our new Digital Function, as well as development teams being brought in-house for the first time, a critical component of our digital strategy is to re-platform our eCommerce and DXP by the end of 2022. As our Digital Insights Manager, you will define our digital analytics strategy and take responsibility for its implementation by engaging and developing effective relationships with our implementation partner and stakeholders.
With a focus on Agile working, the successful candidate will spearhead an ‘insights-first' culture across the wider Service teams. They will provide an influential, senior voice when reporting on KPIs, provide guidance to squads on tagging requirements so success criteria can be measured, and be able to communicate all findings and opportunities effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
The role will be highly collaborative on all fronts, including working within the Digital Innovation department to highlight new areas of opportunity as well as alongside the Digital Director to measure the value of our transformation project as well helping improve our Function’s profit and loss.

To succeed as a Digital Insights Manager, you will need:
- Significant, demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in digital analytics (inc. Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics).
- Exception analytics dashboard and report building skills.
- Experience of analytics deployments on new websites and other digital products.
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced digital function.
- Proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with a high volume of change.
- Familiar with a variety of digital platforms/tools (CMS, analytics etc)
- Insuring that digital data links seamlessly into strategic data warehouses (Segment, BigQuery etc.)
- Experience of working in Scrum (JIRA, Confluence).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliveries simultaneously.
- An accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation.
- Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes/lifecycle.
- Collaborative working style with a clear and relentless focus on delivering outcomes.
