My client are currently recruiting for a Product Manager to work out of their Manchester based office.

Requirements:

• Overseeing development and delivery of key cyber security products.
• Planning of product development schedules and releases.
• Performing business analysis activities: epic scoping, story scoping, elaboration.
• Day-to-day task management of dev team through agile methodologies.
• Running ceremonies (stand-ups, retros)

Suitability:

• Organised - you will have a natural affinity towards organisation and process.
• Curiousity - you will need to want to understand the requirements of users to be able to build the best possible product.
• Agile - having worked within an agile environment and having a thorough understanding of agile principles will be key to succeeding in this role and company.
• End-to-end delivery - managing the full SDLC from analysis to development, acceptance and releases will be critical here.
• Communication - effective communication is the foundation of any good product manager.
• Detail - detail, or the attention to detail, will be paramount to achieving in any product role, no detail is too small to consider.
• Collaboration - working as a team, unified, reflecting on each others strenghts and weaknesses is how world class products and companies are built.
