We are looking for a Specifications Technologist to join their team!

It’s a pivotal role in the company as you will ensure the legal and policy compliance of all branded and own label finished products, manage the recipe & product of the specification population and provide technical support for the timely delivery of projects including new or existing product launches and any packaging or specification updates arising from legislation changes.

This is a technical role so you’re going to need knowledge of food legislation and retailer policies, as well as experience in food manufacturing legislation. You will also need detailed knowledge of technical legislation and retailer IT systems – also, good communication skills are really important as you will have lots of interactions with the sales & commercial teams, NPD team and the quality manager.

From a salary perspective you are looking at between £21,000 and £25,000 depending on your experience. You will receive 25 days annual leave with the opportunity to purchase additional holidays, as well as Medicash healthcare cashback schemes and free car parking!
