Senior Project Manager - Construction

Do you know your Binova from your Wren?

Have you run residential development projects in the luxury space?

I am looking for a Senior Project Manager who has real ambitions to reach Construction Director level in the very near future. I’m working with a client who can facilitate that.

You will be working with a high-end property developer, with a steady flow of ongoing projects at varying stages. The projects tend to be low volume but high value, c£4/5m cost. You will understand

Having been in this profession for many years you will know the dedication and organisation required to keep these projects running on time and budget. You will also know the regulations and HSE standards inside out and ensure conformity at all times.

The majority of your time will be spent in and around the Cotswolds, but there are projects close to fruition in the south of the UK and also Europe (Portugal). Their developments have a huge emphasis on quality and you will be expected to recognise and source the best materials and contractors.

They have extremely ambitious growth plans, so you have the opportunity to come in and build beneath you. We want someone who is happy to come in and build their team up and out!

Salary wise we are looking at between £80,000 and £120,000 depending on your experience. There are also discretionary bonuses which are up to 50% of salary amount.

Let’s have a chat about this one. You can call (my number is on the OX Seven website), add me on LinkedIn – Will Grashoff, or you can send over a CV to will@ox-seven.com if you have one to hand.
