As part of the Reservations team, you will play a critical role in creating the best first impression for our guests and delivering an experience that brings them back again and again.
If you love being busy and your day flying by – this is an ideal role for you as it’s an incredibly busy position, which will see you fielding c70 inbound calls a day, as well as dealing with e-mails, web bookings and general administration.
The attributes we are looking for are things you cannot really train; enthusiasm and attitude. Beyond that, you will receive first class training and set examples of best practice by the experienced management team (who have done the role and been promoted).
They have spent the past 12 months reinvesting into their properties to bring them up to an even higher standard – they‘re honestly stunning (google them!).
You will receive a basic salary of £21,000 a year, you will also be eligible for the individual bonus scheme which can see you earning around an extra £500 per month based on your performance.
The company have just moved into a beautifully renovated office in Moreton-in-Marsh which is walking distance from the train station and just off the main road. The office is open 8am – 8pm with two shift patterns (early and late). There is weekend work as well, which compromises of every other weekend with days off in the week in lieu.
