Are you someone who makes stuff happen? We are looking for a Project Manager who does exactly that. To a very high standard.
You will report directly to the founder and creative director. Overseeing all stages of product development processes (from concept to distribution), you will lead, motivate and develop staff. You will not need to micro-manage them, just keep them well informed and give them ownership of their responsibilities.
You will need to have a proven track record of managing projects from beginning to end, ideally in a retail or product design lead environment. You're going to need to think on your feet a lot - this a fast-moving business with multiple projects at any one time - which you will take full responsibility for.
There is plenty of stakeholder management, you will be a link between multiple teams; creative, operations, merchandising, and purchasing. Your job will be identifying and resolving any issues that could affect quality or delivery across the entirety of these projects. The suppliers will be both UK-based and international based, so having recent experience managing international suppliers is a must.
You will be working in a family-run business that has an exciting pace and has continued to grow impressively over the past 24 months. Something which really stands out is how passionate they are about their products and the creativity within the business.
Your salary will be dependent on experience, but you are looking at between £33,000 and £36,000 per year, as well as a broad range of benefits and perks (it is something they take seriously!).
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail, if you feel necessary.
