Being a Junior Software Developer for a tech start-up, who have undergone overwhelming growth in the past 24 months, means you will have the confidence and drive to become a key player in their continued success. You will have access to a CTO with years of experience who you can absorb information from like a sponge!
You don’t have to be ridiculously experienced, but will need web development and Microsoft experience, any exposure to O365 or Azure would be greatly beneficial.
Your dev tech knowledge will need to include o365, Azure, C# and SQL. Coupled with your natural ability to communicate with colleagues and external clients at all levels, this will stand in very good stead.
You will be fully remote-based, but will occasionally be expected to travel to the south coast – if you’ve sampled the ‘remote-based’ life over the past 6 months and crave water cooler encounters, this probably isn’t for you. There isn’t archaic start and finish times and punishment for logging in 1 minute late, just trust that you deliver what you are capable of.
The client are on a very steep growth trajectory, giving you plenty of opportunity for personal and professional progression. The leadership team have a track record of developing successful businesses, so you are in very safe hands.
Salary wise you are looking between £25,000 and £35,000. You also receive 5 days off for personal development and training on top of your 30 days holiday.
