Master of all trades? Know your way around a grade two listed 100-bed hotel and day spa?

If so, come and lead a Maintenance and grounds team as an Estate Manager in one of the finest hotels and spa in the country (it's won plenty of recent accolades through it's significant investment over the last 12 months).

This is literally one of the most varied roles in the hotel, you will be on hand to jump in and fix issues in guest rooms to make sure they have a faultless stay, make sure the spa and gym are operating seamlessly and that public areas look as fresh as they did on day one!

This role is very fast paced with a high volume of reactive maintenance inside the property, as well as the beautiful grounds outside.

You will manage a team of 7 within Maintenance and 4 within the grounds. Experience of maintaining a Grade II listed building from the painting & decorating through to electrics and plumbing is extremely important, as all work is done sympathetically to the age and character of the property.

Given the scale and scope of the role, you are going to need to have comparative experience somewhere else. You'll need to understand the demands and pressures that working in a hotel, with guests constantly around places on your work schedule. You will also need to know your way around a spa and the complexities of dealing with maintenance projects in wet areas.

Salary wise you are looking at between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on your experience. You will also benefit from the many, many benefits such a generous group gives!
