We are looking for a customer experience executive to join them on a 3 month fixed term contract. There is potential for it to turn in to a perm role, if the fit is right.

You will be supporting B2B customers on a variety of administration-based tasks. This includes things like order processing, returns, incorrect order resolution, liaising with the credit control department.
You will need to be someone who has very strong administrative skills and ideally used SAP. They take great pride in their ability to effectively train, so the majority of tasks you will be required to do, are trainable.
Salary wise you’re looking at £21,000 (pro-rata). It is a Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm role which at the moment is home based – but likely to be office based when restrictions are removed.
