They are all about purpose and truly believe in the shift to renewable energy – to be a roaring success here, you are going to need to be passionate about this as well.
For this AD position, there is a heavy focus on the growth and retention of existing client accounts. You will do this through the strategic and commercial management of the account. We need someone who can hit the ground running and be involved with clients from day 1.
Given the role the level, you will be adept at resource allocation, reporting and line management. You will also be heavily involved with production of company marketing collateral and new business development.
This is a growing business, so it is important you are comfortable in a dynamic, changing environment. Retain and grow key client accounts. Take responsibility for the strategic direction of accounts, but also demonstrate clear, hands-on leadership to guide their tactical delivery.
You will be working under an inspirational founder who trusts his team and encourages ownership of campaigns and strategy.
There is a core theme across the wider team, which is they’re all extremely passionate about the subject matter and what they do. Because of this, they are a committed and loyal team. There is also a transparent ‘open book’ approach to business. Problems are shared and solved together. Every view is valid and you will contribute to continuous improvement.
Progression wise, there is also a demonstrable career path for you, with more than a communications facet to the business – you will have plenty of options to progress your professional career.
Salary wise you will be looking at £50,000+ depending on your experience level, as well as excellent benefits. There is an office in the centre of Oxford, but they are very open to a mixture of working remotely and office time.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
