DevOps Coach
3 month initial contracts but likely to extend to 6-12 months.
- Engage in design discussions around work items, helping the team solve challenges
- Promote DevOps ways of working within the teams
- Support team members from implementation to release in production and maintenance
- Create structured and hands-on learning opportunities
- Hands-on work with team members on DevOps implementation
- Identify skill gaps in the teams and build coaching plans where needed
- Work directly and with the engineering leadership to address training needs
- Facilitate workshops to create artefacts and define concrete backlog items for implementation.
