Who are we?
We are a Recruitment Specialist in Cyber Security across the US market, with a directorship that has over 15 years of experience in both recruitment and the Cyber Security sector collectively. We are currently in the early years of operation and have already grown to achieve a 7-figure turnover in a single trading year. We've recently opened a new office in Dorset and are now looking for new recruits to drive our growth forward over the next few years.
We will work hard to ensure that our clients' needs are met and invest time to make sure we source only the best candidates for them. We work with a vast range of clients, ranging from small firms to international corporations.
What are we looking for?
We are aiming to bolster our team with a few people who have never done recruitment before but are looking for an 'in' to the industry. Ideally, if you're good on the phone, happy to source new business and then service it with great communication and organisation, then you're definitely someone we want to speak to.
What is the job?
You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, working alongside both small and large companies nationally across North America. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role, as we have a top-notch technology stack to allow you to contact just about anyone relevant in the industry, and flourish with a team of like-minded individuals.
You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback, writing offers, and handling the onboarding process with customers. You will be expected to source your own clients and nurture them once won into long-term relationships to maximise your income.
Due to this being the US market, the hours will be slightly different in order to compensate for the time difference. We are happy to go into finer detail with this at your request.
There will also be the opportunity to take part in all-expense paid trips to places such as New York and San Francisco in order to meet the clients you work with and be the face of the business.
