Who are you working with?

Talent Chief are thrilled to be working with a client who is one of the top recruitment agencies in Crawley which has one of the most diverse job markets in the UK. They are trusted throughout Crawley and have been established for over 20 years.

Their specialisms include Call & contact centre, Hospitality and Health & social care, and have 15 offices throughout the UK

What do they want?

This fantastic company is looking for a consultative 360 recruiter, who has experience with the full lifecycle of recruitment - from creating relationships with new clients and candidates, to fulfilling requirements from both sides and everything in the middle. They would love someone who is communicative, well organised and loves forging relationships. Experience within call/contact centre, hospitality or health/social care is hugely advantageous. You will of course need to be well-balanced when it comes to arranging interviews, setting priorities and managing your own time.

So, what skills do I need?

  • Previous experience of 360 end-to-end recruitment
  • You’ve had experience working on targets
  • You’re ambitious and driven by success
  • IT literacy, ideally with MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Articulate, great at relationship building and able to communicate with a variety of people across all levels
  • A drivers license and own vehicle

Anything else?

  • It would be a huge bonus if you had experience in one of their specialisms - Call Centre, Contact Centre, Hospitality, Healthcare, Social Care.

And what do I get in return?

  • Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
