What are we looking for?

We are looking to expand our team in Woking with an exceptional Senior Recruitment Consultant to work within our sustainability sector of the business. If you have a history of working within Corporate Sustainability and ESG, then we want to hear from you.

What is the job?

You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying key customers and candidates to organising interviews and negotiating offers. Whilst you will be coming onto a pre-existing desk with a high yield, you will need to add to the client base over time. A large network of relevant professionals would be advantageous.

Your skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sustainability Recruitment
• Excellent Business Development skills
• Highly organised
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work with a team

What we offer:

• A basic salary of £25,000 - £40,000 DOE
• Commission scheme of up to 30%
