What is the role?

They seek a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle for the retail interior sector, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating closely with clients.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant is also expected to be able to win new business and clients, so a sales ability is required. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the industry while advancing your career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the retail and storage sectors to understand their hiring needs.
  • Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
  • Provide excellent client service, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including candidate onboarding, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments in the retail and storage sectors to offer insights to clients and candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail or self-storage sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • New business and sales ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating in a supportive environment.

What They Offer

  • A basic salary of up to £34k DOE
  • 15% commission on all billings with no threshold
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses
