What are we looking for?
We are looking to add to our Bristol Team by bringing in an experienced recruiter to head up our Mainstream Education division. This role would suit someone in some form of Education Recruitment already, dealing with senior hires, but would also suit someone from a Corporate Services Recruitment background looking for a change in Sector. The clientele are different from the norm in recruitment terms, and a lot more reactive than most sectors out there.
What is the job?
You'll join a desk that offers a host of clients and candidates to reach out to from day one and help build the division out over some time. Eventually, we will look to add to your numbers by tasking you with building your team of consultants to maximise revenue for the business and offer a brilliant progression structure that will appease the most credible recruiters.
