Who are you working with?

Talent Chief is delighted to be helping a young recruitment agency in the early stages of expansion. Founded in 2022 by an experienced and knowledgeable Legal Recruiter, they have cornered their own particular market, offering both thorough and professional services to Legal firms across the West of England. Their dynamic approach makes them stand out from the rest of the crowd in the sector and they'd love a similarly-minded individual to join them for the ride.

What do they want?

With the appropriate setup now in place, they are looking to bring in an experienced 360 recruiter, preferably from an agency background, to help further grow out the legal sector. However, they will also look at any aspect of professional services recruitment. So if you're a Senior Recruitment consultant, who maybe wants to break away from the heavy KPIs of the corporate recruitment world, then this will be the role for you.

What is the role?

This is the next best thing to being a self-employed recruiter. You will be given the tools to succeed from day one, and any request will be listen to. You will be fully supported by the company director in your decision-making. You will be left to your own devices to build your own desk and link into the current client base to broaden the company offering to them.

So, what skills do I need?

  • Minimum 3 years of Recruitment Experience (preferably in agency)
  • Good communication skills
  • Sales Ability

  • A drive to succeed
  • Professional demeanour

Essential:

  • A background in Legal or Professional Services recruitment
