What are we looking for?

We are looking to expand our team in Leeds with an exceptional senior recruitment consultant. If you have a passion for people and getting the recognition you deserve for doing an impeccable job, then you are the right person for us.

What is the job?

You’ll join a team of fantastic consultants and specialise in the Accountancy sector, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to making job offers. You’ll establish, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have the ability to understand their recruitment needs.

Your skills:

• Previous experience within recruitment
• An excellent communicator
• The ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets
• Previous experience managing a small team
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Bonus:

• Experience within the Accountancy/Finance sector would be advantageous

What we offer:

• Up to £30,000 dependant on experience
• Up to 35% commission, enabling an OTE of over £70k realistically
