What Is The Job?

You will be responsible for mapping the market for potential clients and candidates to help within the industry. You will also need to have your finger on the pulse for industry news, trends and latest updates. The company already has a database of candidates and some clients, as well as a lot of dormant leads to after from day one. So Business Development skills are a must.

So, What Skills Do I Need?

• Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment - preferably in an agency
• Industrial sector knowledge
• A good track record of billings
• Ability to obtain own clients
• Candidate sourcing
• Launching hiring campaigns
• Effective communication with the team
• Screening candidates
• Arranging interviews
• Providing feedback
• Advert writing
• A UK Drivers license
