Talent Chief is proud to be working with a Horsham-based recruitment agency that specialises in commercial recruitment, with a focus on Office and Professional Services. They have a network of offices across the UK and are in the process of building out their team. Long-established with a great client and candidate base, alongside a host of perks for the right recruiter to join them, were excited to help them continue their story.
What do they want?
The company is currently looking for a perm recruiter to join its established team. Ideally someone with a background in commercial recruitment, the successful applicant will have access to some great tools to find the right companies and candidates, as well as access to the current database of both. They plan on progressing the successful applicant to a Branch Manager position within the next 12 months, so some form of leadership experience would be ideal.

What is the job?
You'll join the company and work closely with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.
You will screen candidates that you speak to to test suitability and have regular lines of communication with the hiring managers to amend wants and needs where necessary. You will handle the candidate process from initial screening up to the offer stage, as well as check in with them periodically to make sure they are happy.
You will also get the opportunity for progression upon hitting certain milestones, as this is calculated on performance rather than availability.
