What are we looking for?
We are looking to expand our team in West Sussex with an experienced recruitment consultant. If you have a passion for being the best recruiter you can be and thrive on providing exceptional candidate and customer experience, then you are the right person for us.
What is the job?
You will work within a small team working with candidates and customers to ensure that customers find the best employees, and candidates find the best companies for them. You’ll come in and make an impact by building your own desk, offering consultative advice to customers and delivering against their requirements.
Your skills:
Proven experience within recruitment, preferably within the IT/Technology sector
Target driven, with a focus on quality over quantity
An understanding of a wide variety of technologies
The ability to identify and engage new clients, whilst maintaining a consistent relationship with others you’ve previously engaged with
Utilising existing and trialing new methods to engage with candidates to ensure your approach is fresh and you’re always learning
Bonus:
Experience working with both contract and permanent roles
What we offer:
A basic salary of £25,000 - £40,000 DOE
Choose your commission structure
25 days annual leave, plus an extra day off for every month you hit target - up to 37 days holiday, plus public holidays
Hybrid working, only 1-2 days/week in the office.
