Talent Chief are excited to be working with a client who works heavily within the construction sector, both in the UK and in the US. Established for over 5 years, they operate in vertical markets to allow them to help their customers fulfill their entire hiring requirements.
They hire from Graduate level to Senior Partner/President positions, all on a Temporary, Permanent, and Contract basis. They work with some big names in the sector and have a great database of candidates that they speak to daily.
They have team members in the UK, the US, and parts of Europe. Their ultimate goal is to be one of the go-to companies for recruiting construction professionals globally.
What do they want?
They have grown over the past few years to a level where they now need an experienced recruiter to take over the UK operation for Construction and Civil Engineering. This person will ideally already have a good footing in the sector, and be able to add to the existing client base with their contacts
They already have some big clients within construction with hiring requirements from day one, so this is far from a cold start. The person can be based anywhere in the UK, but someone within a few hours of London would be ideal. The job will be majority remote.
You will of course need to be well-organised when it comes to arranging interviews, setting priorities, and managing your own time.
As time goes on, you will be allowed to grow and manage your own team to allow for a more concentrated focus on different geographies across the UK.
