We are now at a level where we are looking for the next crop of talented recruiters to join our team. We’ve grown at a good pace in the last few years, at a sensible pace so that we can allow time and training to develop our consultants to be the best in the industry. Ideally, we’d like somebody with a couple of years of recruitment experience within our sectors, or at least have a passion for creating a better world. If you have a good moral compass and an awareness of the problems facing the planet, you’ll fit in well with the team here.

What is the job?

You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, offering a variety of positions nationally. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded, service-driven individuals. You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs that you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback alongside writing offers and handling the onboarding process with customers. Due to the nature of our business, you’ll be working on a lot of retainers, so you will also be given time to perform the role properly.

Your skills:

• Previous experience of recruitment - 2+ years
• An interest in world-changing technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Great organisational skills
• A team player
• Computer-literate
• The ability to be office-based
