Talent Chief has the pleasure to be working alongside a National Accountancy & Finance recruitment agency for their office in Bristol. The company is long-established and has seen some brilliant success in the past 12 months, registering a multi-million turnover for 2023. They concentrate on both temporary and permanent hires in the finance world, and have offices in the capital, as well as a few others parts of the country.
What do they want?
The company is now looking to focus their efforts on building out the Bristol office. Currently, there is a small but knowledgeable team there, all of whom have really bedded in and firmly believe that they can be the go-to recruiters for the sector. Thus, they want someone who lives the same values and wants to feel like they're positively impacting the industry's reputation.

What is the job?
You'll join the company and work closely with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.
You will screen candidates that you speak to to test suitability and have regular lines of communication with the hiring managers to amend wants and needs where necessary. You will handle the candidate process from initial screening up to the offer stage, as well as check in with them periodically to make sure they are happy.
You will also get the opportunity for progression upon hitting certain milestones, as this is calculated on performance rather than availability.
