About The Company

The company was started 10 years ago with no outside investment for the director's bedroom. They specialise in several technology verticals both in the UK and in Europe, with some expertise in the APAC region too. They work with some of the top-tier clients in the industry across Data, Salesforce, Cyber Security, DevOps and FullStack.

After a couple of important heads joining the business, they are now looking to expand even further with the help of some top-level consultants who understand the fundamentals of 360 recruitment, winning new business and building long-lasting rapport with candidates and clients alike.

They're looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the lucrative market in Germany. So if you've experience of the market or have a real interest in pursuing it due to a good understanding of how it works, they'd love to speak with you.

What They're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 360 recruitment within an agency
• Strong background/understanding in IT/Technology Recruitment
• German-Market experience
• Ability to work within a team, as well as unsupervised
• A strong network presence pre-existing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Great organisational skills
• A team player
• Computer-literate
