As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in ERP and SAP, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for clients in the IT sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement: Find, develop and sustain strong relationships with clients in the ERP and SAP sectors to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and organizational culture. Act as a trusted adviser, offering recruitment solutions tailored to their requirements.
Talent Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Market Research: Stay informed about trends and developments in the ERP and SAP markets. Provide clients with insights on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
Candidate Management: Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer. Offer career advice and support, helping them understand the opportunities and challenges within the ERP and SAP fields.
Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements. Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to starting their new roles.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation in our recruitment database, ensuring all candidate interactions and communications are logged. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and performance for management review.
