What are we looking for?
We are looking to bring on board a Billing Manager who already has experience and a good reputation in the recruitment industry. Due to the team expanding in recent months, this is our next key hire required to nurture the existing consultants help drive the sector forward, and build on it's already enviable success.
What is the job?
You'll join a team of fantastic consultants and specialise in the Sales sector, one of our core markets offering a variety of positions across the south. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded, service-driven individuals. You'll be hands-on in training the team to become the stars of our beloved industry, alongside leading them on a daily basis. You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback, writing offers, and handling the onboarding process with customers.
