What are we looking for?

We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional Recruitment Team Leader. If you have a passion for people and a job well done, then you are the right person for us.

What is the job?

You’ll come in and build the Bristol IT sector from scratch, with the intention of transitioning into a Director role. You’ll have the ability to lean on the existing IT sector in our sister office in Surrey who already have a healthy group of customers. Occasional travel to Surrey will be necessary.

Your skills:

• Previous experience within 360 IT/Tech recruitment

• An impeccable billing track record

• Experience of leading a small team

• The ability to build and nurture professional relationships

• Exceptional communication skill

Bonus:

• An existing network of customers and candidates would be advantageous

• Up to £45,000 dependant on experience
