We are looking to expand our team in Woking with an exceptional driving recruitment consultant. If you have a passion for people and delivering exceptional service, then you are the right person for us.
What is the job?
You will work within a team of dedicated, passionate people to source and vet candidates of the highest calibre for customers, you’ll be a confident communicator and have the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers and candidates alike.
Your skills:
Previous experience with sourcing, screening and vetting candidates
An excellent phone manner and communication skills
Experience within sales, either from recruitment or another background
Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
The ability to think of different ways to attract candidates
Bonus:
Previous experience within driving recruitment or a knowledge of driving hours regulations
What we offer:
Up to £25,000 basic dependant on experience
Up to 30% commission
