What are we looking for?

We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional construction business manager who will have a focus on trades and labour. If you have a passion for construction and making customers' lives easier, then you are the right person for us.

What is the job?

You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who specialise in the construction sector with a focus on trades and labour. You'll be approaching existing and new customers to gain more business and we have some fantastic teams who will assist you from a delivery perspective. You'll leverage your existing knowledge, experience and network as well as head up any pitches and seek market feedback on our services to enable us to continue to meet customer needs.

Your skills:

• Previous experience in construction recruitment
• Previous experience managing a sales team.
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike
• A positive can-do attitude
• A desire to succeed
• A positive mindset

• Up to £42,000 basic salary depending on experience
