We provide tailored recruitment solutions to a range of specialist industries with a focus on client and candidate experience. Originally from the UK, we have broadened our global reach in recent years with an office in Tampa, Florida, and are now looking to add to the numbers here.
What are we looking for?
We are looking to add to our Tampa Team by bringing in a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join or IT Division. This would perfectly suit someone who's worked in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role before, with a passion for Business Development and building their own client base, as well as someone who has a significant, relevant network of candidates to speak to from day one. We will look at most verticals, but anyone with a background in Cloud Tech or Azure would be a bonus.
What is the job?
You'll join a team that is both passionate and organised in their recruitment activities and help them build the division to new heights over the next few years. You will build out your client base by agreeing terms with hiring managers, as well as writing adverts and talent sourcing through various job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will have to be very methodical in your approach and want to be a roaring success within the business.
