What are we looking for?

We are looking to expand our team in Bristol by bringing in a Junior Resoucer to assist with our current clients' requirements, specifically within the Industrial and Driving Sectors. If you're quick to pick up processes, organised, and have a can-do attitude, then you're the right person for us.

What is the job?

You'll join the industrial and driving teams and assist them in attracting, screening, and submitting top-tier candidates to the clients. There will be no business development necessary as the client base is already established, although there will be opportunities for progression and training to become the next great recruiter.

Your skills:

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• A good track record in employment
• Impeccable phone manner
• Full UK Driver’s license

Bonus:

• Recruitment experience within an agency would be advantageous, but isn't essential
