What are we looking for?

Due to a recent rise in requirements on the retained search side, we are looking to hire a permanent delivery partner to assist with numerous projects. The company is split in two, with a dedicated business development arm alongside the delivery function. If you can orchestrate complex searches by criteria and can screen candidates effectively, then we would like to speak with you as you may be the exact person we're after.

What is the job?

You will work closely with our Head of Delivery, who boasts over 20 years in recruitment and offers a very knowledgeable leadership style, and great support for everyone in the business. You will come in to a compassionate environment which we firmly believe is the key to long-term success in our business. You will be compiling long and shortlists of candidates for each specific role, screening applicants and taking them all the way to offer stage and onboarding. You will be speaking to many clients too, to make sure they're happy and to check if requirements have changed or stayed the same.

Your skills:

• At least 2 years experience in recruitment
• Highly organised
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work with a team
• Impeccable phone manner
• Rejection handling capability

Bonus:

• A background in the Insurance sector would be advantageous

• A basic salary of up to £30,000 DOE
