What are we looking for?

We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional construction recruitment consultant who will have a focus on white collar construction. If you have a passion for construction and making customers’ lives easier, then you are the right person for us.

What is the job?

You’ll join a team of fantastic consultants and specialise in the construction sector with a focus on white collar . You’ll be approaching existing and new customers to gain more business and deliver on that business. You’ll leverage on our existing knowledge, experience and network as well as establish and grow new relationships.

Your skills:

• Previous experience within recruitment or sales
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude
• A desire to succeed

Bonus:

• Experience within or knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous

• Up to £32,000 basic salary dependant on experience
