We are a Recruitment Specialist in Accountancy & Finance with over 30 years of experience within our small team. We will work hard to ensure that our clients needs are met and invest time to make sure we source only the best candidates for them. We work with a vast range of clients, ranging from privately owned to listed businesses. We aim to save them time and stress by building long-term relationships when hiring the right professionals
What are we looking for?
We aim to almost double our team size by the end of this financial year. Thus, we are looking to speak with junior recruiters who want to work with exciting financial institutions on a daily basis, as well as achieve that clear progression structure that all recruiters strive for. We will look at people with any background from a professional standpoint. As long as you have an interest in our sector, we want to speak with you. We will also speak with those who may have stepped away from the agency world and are eager to get back into it.
What is the job?
You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, working alongside both small and large finance companies on a national basis. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded individuals. You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs that you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback alongside writing offers and handling the onboarding process with customers. You will be expected to source your own clients and nurture them once won into long-term relationships to maximise your income.
Your skills:
Previous experience in sales or recruitment
An interest in Accountancy and Finance
Business Development ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Great organisational skills
A team player
Computer-literate
The ability to be office-based
