What is the Role?
They are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. Those from an estate agency or car sales background will be strongly considered.
The company specialises in permanent placements, and with a high average fee coupled with a great commission structure, the opportunity will be lucrative for the right person.
You will also benefit from hands-on training from directors who still run their own desks and can advise on practically anything regarding the day-to-day operations of a successful recruitment business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust network of candidates within the Building Technology Sector
- Identify and understand client needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to match talent with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and industry contacts to effectively source candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends and changes within the mechanical and electrical industries to better serve clients.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike.
Job Requirements:
- Some sort of sales experience - Estate Agency, Car Sales, Insurance Sales, etc
- Commutable distance from Crawley
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
- A genuine interest in recruitment and progression.
