As they expand their operations, they are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Bristol.


What Is The Role?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving recruitment efforts within the legal sector. You will utilize your expertise and industry knowledge to identify, engage, and place high-quality candidates while building strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement within the legal community.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their organizational needs and legal requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for various legal roles.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise innovative recruitment strategies to achieve collective goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing your knowledge to enhance team performance.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the legal sector.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process with in-depth knowledge of current market trends in law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with both clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

  • Commission up to 30%
