In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities, secure partnerships, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and contributing to the agency’s overall expansion and success.
What is the job?
As a Business Development Manager, you will join a dynamic team of specialists dedicated to their core markets. Youll be equipped with the resources and support to excel in your role and thrive among a network of like-minded, service-oriented professionals. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, developing tailored business proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and collaborating closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless experience for clients. You will also have a team of dedicated Delivery experts with a top-of-the-range tech stack to make sure acquired business is fulfilled on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business goals and recruitment needs.
- Identify new business opportunities within the intralogistics sector and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align on client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide market insights and business development advice, positioning yourself as a trusted business partner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in intralogistics to effectively engage with clients.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the intralogistics or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of intralogistics technologies, practices, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
