Assay Scientist

As a gifted Assay Scientist, you will be helping to solve complex drug discovery problems for degenerative diseases.

You will be joining a team of five adroit scientists who enjoy contributing to the bigger picture of improving patient healthcare.

You will have access to top class labs and a supportive team who will ensure you excel in your role.

Scientists tend to stay here long term, which is a brilliant advert for how the company treats their employees.

Naturally, you will be well compensated for your efforts. Alongside salary is a bonus scheme, private medical cover and other perks too.

If you have these skills, we are excited to speak with you

We are looking for someone with a strong background in biochemistry, along with practical experience of routine screening. If you have a track record developing biochemical assays, then that would be a perfect fit.

First rate experience of small molecule mechanistic attributes is a pre-requisite, but cell based assay development is not quite relevant for this particular company. You will be up to date with emerging technologies, and you will also be tech savvy with data analysis tools.

In terms of soft skills, we are looking for a scientist who is comfortable gelling with a well established team. This will suit someone who would be happy to keep the wheels turning on important compound screening work.
