InfraView – Specialist Cloud & IT Infrastructure Recruitment are a 4.5-year-old successful organisation moving into an exciting scale-up phase. We are a team of 6 currently & are looking for our first 2 experienced 360 Consultants as well as an additional 2 180 Delivery Consultants which creates an exceptional opportunity to come in, build a desk & division within a fast-growing, organisation with a strong vision & leadership. The business is currently 2 hugely experienced Founder Directors supported by a delivery team of 3 x Consultants & a 4th who has recently moved from that delivery team into a 360 Consultant role.

The opportunity to come in bill and build a practice and lead a division or to move up to Principal level in a pure billing role are both routes that are available. You will make your own destiny and with the support of the directors we can build your career into Manager / Director level positions whether that be our Head of Perm, Head of Contracts or even our future MD.

Were based in Surbiton, SW London / Surrey so initially there will be a requirement to be based out of this office however we are setup to work from anywhere and we are flexible around home working when required.

We specialise in Cloud & IT Infrastructure Technology recruitment and our two directors have over 30 years combined experience recruiting in that space and have been top performers both as billers and billing mangers consistently through that time. They are both still very much active recruiters and you will get exceptional exposure to 2 of the best recruiters in the industry, with both structured internal and on the job training as well as external training.

Whilst a Technology background is ideal, particularly in Cloud & IT Infrastructure or in the IT Vendor or Consultancy arena we are open to candidates who have the right motivation and values fit, that we can take from being a decent biller in their current environment and give them the direction, market niche and support to grow into a stronger top performer. Our market is currently booming as Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation, Remote Working etc are all powering strong and sustained growth within our market sector. We have plenty of case studies from Tier 1 market leaders in our space that you will be able to leverage and we have strong digital marketing support driving inbound lead generation.

• Prior experience as a recruitment consultant with billing £120 - £500k
• Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant Level
• A good-egg with passion for what they do
