Well, I'm chuffed to bits with the following feedback just received.

Totally unexpected, I mean, who goes out of their way to say positive things about a recruiter these days?

The candidate accepted a different job to the one we were discussing, and to be fair, it was a better opportunity for him, but he was clearly impressed by my level of understanding of the sector, role and company.

CANDIDATE:
"I really like your level of knowledge in the domain. When talking to you it felt that you clearly understand about AUTOSAR and the industry. Also the content, situation and expectations of a certain role seems to be known by you. I mention that because I have seen other agents who literally just read some keywords from a job description without knowing the background and relationships for a position. A less experienced candidate could be easily misled by such “flat” information sharing. Thus, believe me, your knowledge is very valuable and outstanding in order to ensure meeting the expectations of clients and candidates.
Please keep up the good work. And I will surely keep considering you in case I am open for a change at some point."
