It feels good working with someone who appreciates the effort that goes into you doing what you do for them.

In the background, I've been working on a tough role where suitably qualified people are very rare - probably no more than 200 people globally according to the client.

This company have dealt with different recruiters for years, but the recruiters "just don't get what we're asking for" and "keep wasting our time pushing people that are not right"

When I took on the role, I could tell that the CEO was so frustrated with recruiters, and I think he had doubts that I'd be able to help.

To give some perspective, they've used 3 recruiters for this current hire, had over 30 CV's, (around 20 from one recruiter), and interviewed......
none.

So far, I've introduced 4 candidates, 3 of whom made it to final interview stage and were all looking at offers, but for reasons that I wont bore you with, it just couldn't happen.

I'm glad to be able to have turned his feeling around, and shown him that I offer something different.

If you hire Electronics Design or Embedded Software Engineers, is it time that you partnered up with a recruiter that offers you more than just a KPI driven CV throwing service?

Get in touch, let's work something out for you.
